To become a successful Team Supervisor, you must have previous experience as a Traffic Controller and possess strong leadership skills. You should also have excellent communication abilities to effectively delegate tasks and provide clear instructions to your team. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as well, as you will be responsible for monitoring the work of your team to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.


In addition to technical skills, a Team Supervisor must also possess strong problem-solving abilities. You may encounter unexpected challenges while on the job, such as traffic accidents or road closures,

Traffic Control TMA Drivers

Seeking Traffic Controllers with proven TMA (Truck Mounted Attenuators) skills.

HR license mandatory.


As a traffic controller, your main responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient flow of vehicular and pedestrian traffic in construction zones or other designated areas. This includes setting up proper signage, directing traffic with hand signals or flags, and communicating with drivers through two-way radios.


Having a TMA proficiency is essential as it involves setting up and operating Truck Mounted Attenuators - specialised vehicles designed to absorb impact from errant vehicles to protect workers on site. It requires knowledge of specific protocols and safety procedures to maintain the effectiveness of these attenuators.


A mandatory HR license is also necessary for this position as you will be required to drive and operate large trucks carrying equipment and materials. This license ensures that you are properly trained and qualified to handle these vehicles safely

As a Traffic Controller, you will be responsible for controlling traffic flow and maintaining safety at construction sites and roadworks. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle stressful situations.


As a Traffic Controller, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles at construction sites and roadworks. This involves directing traffic using hand signals or traffic control devices such as signs and cones. You may also need to communicate with other workers on site, including construction crews, utility companies, and emergency services.


In order to become a Traffic Controller, you must possess certain certifications such as a valid Traffic Control Ticket, White Card (Construction Induction), First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate. These certifications are necessary in order to ensure that you have the necessary skills and knowledge to handle any potential hazards that may arise on the job.

Traffic Controllers with RIW Card

Calling all Traffic Controllers with a valid RIW card and certifications!


You must be highly reliable and able to work flexible hours. Previous experience in traffic control or a related field is preferred but not required.


As a Traffic Controller, your main responsibility will be to ensure the safety of workers and pedestrians at construction sites or other areas where traffic management is needed. You will use hand signals, flags, and other tools to direct drivers and guide them through work zones. This requires great attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills.


In addition to directing traffic, you will also be responsible for setting up and taking down barriers, signs, cones, and other equipment necessary for safe traffic flow. You must have a strong understanding of road regulations and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations on the job.


A valid driver's license is typically required for this position, as you may be required to operate a company vehicle or drive to different job sites. Additionally, you must be physically able to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time and work in various weather conditions.


Previous experience in traffic control or construction is preferred, but not required. However, it is important that you are able to work well within a team and follow instructions from supervisors and other workers on site.

Traffic Controllers with Spotters Card

Seeking Traffic Controllers with Spotter Ticket - Join Us Now!


You are responsible for controlling vehicle and pedestrian traffic at construction sites, events, and other locations where there is a need for organised flow of traffic. A Spotter Ticket, also known as Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification, is necessary to ensure the safety and efficiency of traffic control operations.


Traffic controllers with a Spotter Ticket have undergone specialised training to understand the principles of traffic management, including road rules and regulations. They also learn how to read and interpret traffic control plans, which detail the placement of signs and barricades for directing traffic.


In addition to your technical knowledge, you must possess excellent communication skills in order to effectively communicate with drivers, pedestrians, and other workers at the site. You must be able to give clear directions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanour in potentially high-stress situations.

  • First Aid (Minimum Level 2) and CPR
